Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations ensuring speed, friendliness, accuracy, and freshness
- Maintain high standards for food safety and quality
- Manage team schedules, breaks, and foster positive relationships
- Deliver exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest leaves happy
- Act as Manager on Duty, overseeing all aspects of the restaurant
- Comprehensive management training including ServSafe certification
- Access to management classes and development workshops
- Free meals during shifts and discounted food for immediate family
- Uniforms provided, including cool hats
- Unique chance to work side by side with the Owner
- Full-time position with flexible shifts: 8, 10, or 12 hours
- Availability needed for weekends, holidays, day and night shifts
