General Manager – Culver’s

Starting Salary: $80,000-$100,000 plus bonus

We’re seeking a motivated, results-driven General Manager/Operating Partner lead a new Culver’s franchise in Central Illinois. We are looking for a true professional who leads by example.

This is more than a restaurant management position—it’s an opportunity to build the skills, experience, and leadership abilities needed for long-term career advancement. You’ll help lead a multimillion-dollar restaurant operation, partner closely with the Owner-Operator, drive business performance, and develop a high-performing team.

Candidates must be willing to complete six months of training at another Culver’s location.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant shifts effectively to consistently deliver great food and excellent guest service.
• Serve as a positive role model, coach, and mentor, fostering the development of a high-performing team.
• Maintain compliance with operational standards and food safety procedures.
• Monitor inventory and manage ordering to support efficient restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members through coaching and performance feedback.
• Support strong financial performance through cost control, labor management, and local restaurant marketing initiatives.
