Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Culver City, CA, for an Internet Sales Consultant. The Internet Sales Consultant will be responsible for responding to online inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and guiding customers through the car buying process. Other tasks include managing online sales leads, scheduling appointments for prospective clients, and following up on customer inquiries to ensure a positive buying experience.
