Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internet Sales Consultant located in Culver City, CA. The Internet Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing online automotive sales inquiries, assisting customers with vehicle selection, and providing information about product features and financing options. The role includes maintaining customer satisfaction through professional communication, follow-ups, and ensuring a seamless buying experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Sales techniques
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Service
