Farmers Market Sales Rep / Brand Ambassador (High-Performance Role)

This is not a passive sampling role.
Culture Shock Brew is hiring sales-focused operators to run farmers market booths and convert foot traffic into revenue. If you’re comfortable initiating conversations, handling objections, and closing sales consistently—this role is for you.
You are the storefront.

What You’ll OwnRevenue Generation
- Actively engage every viable customer—no waiting for people to approach
- Convert samples into purchases with confidence and urgency
- Drive multi-unit sales (6-packs, add-ons, upsells)
- Hit and exceed daily sales targets
Booth Execution
- Set up a clean, efficient, high-conversion booth
- Keep product stocked, cold, and ready to sell at all times
- Operate independently and maintain pace during peak traffic
Customer Interaction
- Lead conversations—not follow them
- Clearly articulate product value, differentiation, and use occasions
- Handle objections (price, unfamiliarity, hesitation) and close
Accountability
- Track sales performance and inventory accurately
- Report results, insights, and opportunities after each market
- Take ownership of outcomes—good or bad
Who This Is For
- You have experience in sales, service, or high-volume customer interaction
- You are comfortable starting conversations with strangers
- You understand that energy, urgency, and presence drive sales
- You don’t need constant direction—you execute
- You care about results, not just showing up
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle full booth setup/breakdown
- Food Handler’s Permit
- MAST Permit
- Cash handling / POS experience preferred
- Smartphone for communication, sales and reporting
- Consistent weekend availability required
Compensation
- Hourly base performance-based incentives
- Additional shifts and responsibility for top performers
