POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
CYCLE OF TASKS TO REPEAT DURING SHIFT
❏ CASHIER BANK & DROPS: Maintenance of Cash Drawer & Balancing Deposits according to Daily Sales.
❏ GREET CUSTOMERS & STAY OBSERVANT: Interact with all customers upon arrival & during their visit.
❏ RING & VERIFY CUSTOMER TRANSACTIONS: Follow Cashier Ringing Protocols, guiding & helping customers.
❏ OBTAIN PHONE #s & EMAILs: Enroll customers in CC360 LOYALTY PROGRAM .
❏ OIL PRODUCTION: Pour Body/Burning/Spray Oils - Keep Displays & Backstock Full.
❏ OIL ORDER: Maintain Alphabetical Order on Pouring & Backstock Tables. Keep Oil Displays neat.
❏ DISPLAYS: Face Merchandise, Inventory & Restock between Customer Rushes.
❏ CLEANING: Dust Shelves/Windex Glass Fingerprints, Smudges/ Gather Trash.
❏ REPORT: Keep a Record of Low/Out of Stock Items for GroupMe Posting.
❏ QUESTION: What Can I Do to Improve The Customers’ CC360 Experience???
QUALIFICATIONS
- Related Experience: 1 year minimum
