POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
BACK END (BE) CYCLE OF TASKS: REPEAT ALL DURING SHIFT
❏ ALKALINE WATER PRODUCTION: Fill coolers each morning; check & refill coolers throughout the shift. Handle all customer refills.
❏ OIL PRODUCTION: Restock Burning Oils, Body Oils & Sprays. Prioritize by popular fragrances. This task is ongoing work throughout the shift.
❏ INCENSE PACKAGING: By need, break down large Incense Bundles into packs of 10. Label & seal.
❏ VENDOR & DELIVERY CHECK INS *Vendor fills out Inventory Sheet. BE Verifies item Count & Quality Checks, then INITIAL items. Ask MOD to approve/sign form, sort Online/Store Splits. Post Vendor Drops in GROUPME.
❏ RESTOCKING MERCHANDISE: COOLERS, SHELVES, COUNTERS & DISPLAYS all through shift - MUST LOOK FULL, ORGANIZED & APPEALING
❏ FACE MERCHANDISE: Organize merchandise w/ Labels Facing Out to customer - All Cooler/Shelf Displays
❏ REORGANIZE STOCK: Consolidate, sort & label back stock merchandise areas throughout shift.
❏ CLEANING: Dust shelves, counters & other display surfaces. Clean any dusty products.
❏ RINGING SALES & BAGGING: If 3 Customers line up at Main Checkout Station - Begin to Ring @ BACK COUNTER. Assist Front End w/ bagging if needed.
❏ ORDER LIST ENTRIES: What products/supplies are low & need to be Ordered?? ? (Review w/ MOD before Posting in GroupMe)
