EF Education First is excited to offer a Cooperative Education (co-op) program in partnership with a student’s college or university, giving students the opportunity to align their academic and future career goals with full time or part time work experience for a select period of time.

EF offers a multitude of full-time, 6-month co-ops starting in January or July, across our travel, language, and education businesses in sales, customer service, operations, finance, and marketing.

About Cultural Care Au Pair

Cultural Care Au Pair is a cultural exchange program and is a part of the EF Education First family of companies. We believe that cultural exchange has the power to make the world a more welcoming, understanding, and open place. We build global families by bringing together au pairs with American host families—providing meaningful childcare for families, an unforgettable year in the U.S.A. for au pairs, and a culturally enriching experience for both parties.

The Role

The Marketing Co-op will support the team in contributing to social media campaign ideation, creating, permissioning and organizing content, assist with customer contests and takeover program and help with other marketing projects as needed.

On the event side, projects may include reviewing expense reports, researching restaurant or other venues and activities and creating requests for proposals (RFPs) or price quotes as well as sourcing materials for in-person events, answering attendee questions over email and occasionally helping to staff events.

If you are super organized, have an eye for detail and design, love social media and enjoy juggling a variety of different tasks and projects to meet deadlines, this could be the role for you.

  • Answer questions from event and attendees over email in a timely manner
  • Assist with other projects as needed such as collecting content or ordering items for events
  • Attend our National Meeting event from November 6-8, 2026 and provide on-site support as needed
