UX/UI Designer
Cultivator // CultivatorAds.com // is a 25-year-old branding agency based in Denver, Colorado. Our background is diverse, but we are best known for our work with iconic consumer lifestyle brands.
We’re currently looking for a contract UX / UI Designer. Agency experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Work with brand, creative, and technical teams to provide overall user experience vision and strategy on projects, define and document content and functional requirements, and develop strategic and creative solutions to meet business and marketing objectives
- Create innovative, cohesive and intuitive front-end user interface designs
- Design and develop functional specifications, wireframes,style guides, prototypes and hi-fidelity design comps
- Lead internal and client presentations
Skills and Experience
- Fluency and expertise in best practices for information architecture and responsive design, as well as deep and broad knowledge of usability principles and techniques
- Extensive working knowledge of digital design and a strong understanding of web technologies and their impact on UI
- Exceptional visual design skills
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively and articulately present work to internal and client teams
- Proactive problem solver with ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to provide and receive constructive criticism
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop / InDesign / Illustrator
- Advanced knowledge of digital design software, specifically Figma
