Cultiva, LLC is at the forefront of plant cuticle health, advancing patented biological solutions that improve marketable yield for growers around the world. Headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, we operate globally and are growing rapidly.
We are seeking an Office Administrator to be the operational backbone of our Las Vegas headquarters. This person will keep our office running smoothly, own the planning and execution of company events, and provide administrative support across the team. You'll report directly to the Corporate Controller and work closely with finance, operations, and leadership.
What You’ll Do
Office Operations
· Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk: greet visitors, manage vendor sign-ins, and handle incoming calls
· Own office supply inventory and procurement, managing the office supply budget
· Oversee inventory of office equipment such as laptops, phones, etc.
· Manage the relationship with our office facilities-related service providers
· Anticipate office needs proactively and keep things running without being asked
Event Planning & Coordination
· Book and coordinate company events including team lunches, office volunteer events, board dinners, and the annual holiday party
· Lead logistics for Cultiva's annual company meeting, a multi-day event that includes a hotel room block, full-day presentation space, and off-site evening events
· Manage event budgets and vendor relationships end-to-end
Administrative & Finance Support
· Provide general administrative support to the finance and leadership teams
· Assist with light accounts payable tasks and invoice processing as needed
· Maintain accurate filing systems using Microsoft SharePoint
· Work in Asana to manage and track assigned tasks
· Support document management and internal communications via Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
· Assist in human resources functions including job postings, recruiting, onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and HR compliance initiatives.

· Experience in human resources functions such as onboarding and employee recordkeeping preferred
· Experience with Asana or similar task management tools is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
· Salary: $40,000–$50,000 depending on experience
· Up to 25% discretionary bonus based on individual performance and company-wide KPIs
