Paralegal - Family Law
Location: Memphis, TN
We are seeking a Paralegal to join our Memphis, Tennessee office. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, client-focused, and comfortable supporting attorneys in a fast-paced family law litigation environment.
This is a hybrid position in Memphis, TN. The Paralegal will work closely with attorneys and staff to support clients through important and often sensitive legal matters. The right candidate must be dependable, professional, and committed to providing excellent client service.

$21 - $24 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Manage family law cases from inception through trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence
- Prepare inventories and appraisements
- Organize and analyze financial records and discovery
- Maintain case deadlines and ensure compliance with court scheduling orders
- Coordinate hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial preparation
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and experts
- Assist the attorney with trial preparation and litigation strategy support
- Ensure compliance with the Tennessee Rules of Civil Procedure and applicable local court rules
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of Tennessee family law paralegal experience preferred
- Significant experience handling high-conflict family law litigation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong case management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents and managing discovery
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
- Trial preparation experience
- Familiarity with e-filing systems and legal case management software
