Legal Assistant – Family Law Litigation
Location: Memphis, TN
We are seeking a full-time Legal Assistant to join our Memphis, Tennessee office. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, client-focused, and comfortable supporting attorneys in a fast-paced litigation environment.
This is an on-site position in Memphis, TN. The Legal Assistant will work closely with attorneys and staff to support clients through important and often sensitive legal matters. The right candidate must be dependable, professional, and committed to providing excellent client service.
The Legal Assistant will assist attorneys with preparing legal documents, managing case files, communicating with clients, coordinating schedules, and ensuring deadlines and procedures are properly followed. This position requires professionalism, discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with clients from all backgrounds with compassion and respect.
