What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Intern, Corporate FP&A position at Culligan?
The Finance Intern will support the Corporate FP&A team with reporting and financial modeling during the month-end and quarterly forecasting processes. This individual will use analytical skills to identify trends and issues, reviewing data through financial systems and Excel. The role includes supporting Executive Management reporting, performing ad hoc analyses, and leading a key process improvement project during the internship.
Key Position Responsibilities
· Learn and assist with month-end reporting processes and data validation to support Management Reporting
· Support the F2 Forecast process
· Assist in the analysis and interpretation of financial metrics
· Participate actively in team meetings
· Prepare and analyze special projects as assigned
· Lead a process improvement project, gaining experience in project management, communication, and financial analysis
Requirements
· Junior or Senior working toward a Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
· Basic understanding of financial statements
· Prior experience in an office environment is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
· Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour (non-exempt, hourly position).
· Benefits: This position is not eligible for company-sponsored benefits.
