Position Summary: Responsible for the day-to-day operations that include managing the production, warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, service and installation, route deliveries, etc. The position primary duty is to manage and monitor the workings of the various operational departments.

- Responsible to ensuring organizational effectiveness by managing and directing workload.
- Manage overall operations and accountable for productivity, quality control, and safety measures.
- Serves as the point of contact for difficult customer inquiries and/or unusual situations.
- Ensures a safe and efficient operation within all departments.
- Completes job hazard analysis when needed and workers-comp investigation reporting for the branch.
- Ensures that the supervisors and team lead’s complete their job responsibilities and accountabilities.
- Ensures that key performance indicators (KPI’s) are in place and targets are met.
- Monitors overtime and that manpower needs are in place.
- Responsible for the recruitment, selection and training of operational employees.
- Responsible for providing coaching, training and annual reviews of operational employees.
- Manages the efficient routing of deliveries and service calls.
- Works closely with GM to implement procedures and ways to reducing cost.
- Adhere to and uphold all company safety guidelines and safe work practices.
- Conducts field site visits by accompanying delivery and service staff.
- Helps motivate and recognize the contributions of the staff to establish a winning team culture.
- Develops processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, and inventory managements. Responsible for mentoring and coaching department supervisors and team leads.
- Responsible for the interviewing, recruitment selection, scheduling and training for new candidates.
- Ensures that current employees are getting trained as needed and may assist with the development and selection of that training.
- Completes the annual performance reviews of the operational staff.
- Reports directly to General Manager
- Direct reports include: Service Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, Route Delivery Supervisor, and Inventory Coordinator.
- S. degree with emphasis in Management, Business Administration or relevant related experience is preferred.
- Experience in Water Treatment, routed deliver, service or other related industry fields
- Minimum of 5 years of management/supervisory experience
- Multiple departmental management a plus.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated leadership ability that also includes excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
