What You’ll Do:
Join our Commercial Litigation Group in New York City, where you will handle complex litigation matters with immediate responsibility, client contact, and courtroom experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage cases from investigation through resolution, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, court appearances, mediations, and trials.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive and discovery motions, and appellate briefs.
• Develop litigation strategy in collaboration with partners and clients; oversee discovery and e discovery.
• Communicate directly with clients, experts, co counsel, and opposing counsel; participate in settlement negotiations.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members and collaborate with staff.
What You’ll Bring:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York Bar in good standing.
• 2-4 years of commercial and/or Real Estate litigation experience in New York state and/or federal courts.
• Strong brief writing, research, and oral advocacy skills; comfort taking/defending depositions and appearing in court.
• Sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Team oriented mindset with professionalism and client service focus.

Salary Range: We offer a competitive salary, an excellent benefits package and a collaborative, friendly environment. The salary range for this role is $120,000-$140,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
