In this role, you’ll sell a full range of tabletop and smallwares products—cookware, utensils, food prep tools, glassware, silverware, and more—to restaurants, hotels, caterers, and institutional foodservice operators. Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business: Actively identify, pursue, and close new customer accounts in the foodservice and hospitality space.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with existing clients to maximize account potential.
- Understand client operations and develop creative product solutions.
- Deliver engaging presentations, demos, and proposals that stand out from the competition.
- Negotiate pricing, close deals, and manage the full sales cycle with professionalism.
- Partner with internal departments—purchasing, logistics, and project teams—to ensure seamless execution.
- Stay on top of product trends, innovations, and competitor activity; bring new ideas to your customers.
- Attend trade shows, visit manufacturer showrooms, and network to build industry visibility.
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date for all leads, activities, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate internally to get involved early in new projects or contracts where smallwares solutions can add value.
- Proven success in a hunter-style sales or business development role (foodservice, hospitality, or restaurant supply preferred).
- Strong understanding of tabletop and smallwares categories.
- Creative thinker with a consultative sales mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, trade shows, and events as needed.
