Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our manufacturing operations. As a solo bookkeeper, you will manage comprehensive bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. You will handle transaction recording, account reconciliations, and prepare quarterly financial reports while occasionally interacting with vendors and customers. Your meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be vital in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall financial health of the company.
Responsibilities
- Record all financial transactions accurately using QuickBooks and Excel
- Reconcile accounts, inventory, and bank statements regularly
- Manage invoice processing and sales tax calculations
- Track expenses and assist in tax preparation
- Prepare quarterly financial reports for management
- Maintain organized financial data and documentation
- Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently
- Support inventory reconciliation using QuickBooks Desktop
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience
- Associate Degree in Accounting or related field
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective time management and communication skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop for inventory management
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
