Your Role and Impact:
As the Bilingual HR & Payroll Manager, you will oversee payroll processing, administer benefits programs, and support HR compliance and operations. You’ll serve as a trusted resource to employees while partnering with leadership to improve processes and maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Oversee payroll systems, reporting, audits, and year-end processes (W-2s, tax filings).
- Administer employee benefits programs, including open enrollment and vendor coordination.
- Serve as the primary contact for payroll and benefits-related employee inquiries.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support audits and partner with leadership on HR initiatives and process improvements.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Bilingual - English / Spanish
- 5 years of experience in human resources, with a strong focus on payroll and benefits.
- Knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and benefits compliance (FLSA, ACA, ERISA).
- Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, or similar).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or CPP).
- Experience managing vendors and improving HR/payroll processes.
Work Environment:
- 100% in office
- Additional hours may be required during payroll cycles or open enrollment.

They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
