The Role, Briefly
As our Human Resources Administrative Assistant (Full Time) in Alexandria, VA, you’ll keep the people-ops engine humming—so the team can stay focused, organized, and supported. You’ll handle HR admin tasks like maintaining employee files, helping with onboarding paperwork, tracking time-off documentation, supporting basic reporting, and coordinating schedules, emails, and meeting logistics. You’ll also serve as a friendly first point of contact for employee questions, escalating items as needed.
Required skills/qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish (must-have)
- Comfortable with confidential information and detail-heavy work
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Available for an 8:30am–5:00pm schedule
