SUMMARY: Provides support in functional areas of human resources and answers any questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to perform tasks quickly
- Familiar with employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Ability to handle adverse situations and/or tight time deadlines while maintaining accuracy and consistency
- ADP knowledge a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is preferred.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist HR with supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
- Assist with preparing and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records.
- Support HR related training
- Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations
- Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency
