Job Description: Butcher/ Scale Meat Processor

Position Summary

We are seeking a bilingual Butcher with experience in large-scale meat processing operations (e.g., Tyson Foods or similar). This is not a grocery store or retail meat counter role, and not suited for traditional meat butchers. The ideal candidate will have a background in industrial meat processing and be capable of supervising a team while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities

• Cut,trim,andportionbeefandothermeatsaccordingtoindustrialspecificationsandproduction
• Supervise and train butchering staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate supply orders, and oversee product rotation for
• Operate and maintain industrial butchering equipment and
• Ensure all work areas, tools, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized per food safety
• Enforce company policies and regulatory guidelines regarding hygiene, health, and
• Inspect meat products for quality, freshness, and compliance with health
• Safely dispose of waste materials in accordance with company and government

Required Skills And Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; formal training in meat processing or food production
• Experience in a scale meat processing facility (e.g., Tyson Foods, Smithfield, JBS, etc.) is
• Proven supervisory experience in a meat production
• Bilingual in English and
• Strong knowledge of meat cuts, industrial preparation methods, and food safety
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy products and work on your feet for extended
• Excellent knife-handling and equipment operation
