We are looking for a flexible and energetic Child Care Teacher: Floater to support our early childhood education program. Responsibilities: Assist with classroom activities across multiple age groups to ensure smooth daily operations. Support curriculum implementation and help develop lesson plans suited to different developmental stages. Implement behavior management strategies and early intervention techniques to foster social and emotional growth. Maintain a safe, organized classroom environment that encourages active learning and child welfare. Lead engaging activities focused on literacy, math skills, physical development, and overall childhood growth. Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress, behaviors, and classroom experiences. Follow all safety regulations and mandated reporting laws to protect children's well-being. Adapt quickly to various classroom environments while maintaining a positive attitude.
Qualifications: Experience working with children in childcare or educational settings such as daycare or preschool. Knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum planning, and classroom management. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with parents and team members. First aid and CPR certification is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified. Familiarity with special education practices, early intervention strategies, and behavior management techniques. Ability to adapt to different classroom environments while maintaining professionalism. Prior experience teaching or supporting physical education
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
