Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening initial resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare onboarding materials, coordinate new hire orientations, and process termination paperwork.
- Answer employee questions regarding basic HR policies, benefits, and procedures, escalating complex issues to the HR Manager.
- Enter and update employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring absolute accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with payroll preparation by gathering timesheets and resolving discrepancies, and help administer employee benefits programs.
- Help organize company-wide events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace. Experience with HRIS software (e.g., ADP) is a strong plus.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $48,000 - $53,000
