Position Overview:
Bank & Bridge is seeking a seasoned, passionate, and creative Bartender with a deep knowledge of craft cocktails and a minimum of 5 years of professional bartending experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible not only for exceptional service and execution behind the bar but also for contributing to cocktail menu development, seasonal innovation, and maintaining a beverage program that reflects our commitment to quality and originality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional and personalized service to guests at the bar and in the dining area.
- Expertly craft classic cocktails and execute a dynamic, seasonally rotating specialty cocktail menu.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, and cocktail ingredients, including homemade syrups, infusions, and garnishes.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
- Mentor junior bar staff and lead by example in professionalism, hospitality, and technique.
- Track inventory, assist with ordering, and minimize waste through precise measurement and production planning.
- Remain current with industry trends, tools, and techniques; attend tastings, trainings, and industry events as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of bartending experience in high-volume, upscale, or craft-focused bars or restaurants.
- Proven experience in cocktail development and building creative, balanced cocktail menus.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, bitters, modifiers, wines, and classic cocktail formulas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide memorable guest experiences.
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and organized during peak service periods.
- ServSafe Alcohol Certification or equivalent required (or ability to obtain).
- Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and continuing education in mixology.
Preferred Traits:
- Background in bar management or beverage program oversight is a plus.
- Interest in pairing cocktails with food and working closely with chefs for menu alignment.
