The Cucamonga School District is a TK - 8 district that serves approximately 2,450 students with 150 teachers and administrative staff and an additional 125 support staff. TENTATIVE START DATE: 2026/2027 School Year (July 31, 2026) This position requires an Education Specialist Credential: Mild/Moderate OR Mild to Moderate Support Needs *INTERNS ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY* The following documents MUST be attached to your on-line Application (no mailed, faxed or emailed documents will be accepted): * Current Resume * "DETAILED" Copy of your Preliminary or Clear Education Specialist Credential (Mild/Moderate OR MMSN) Credential. * Autism Authorization (if proof of autism authorization is depicted in the detailed copy of your credential, you do not need to attach a separate copy) * EL Authorization, BCLAD, CLAD or equivalent {If proof of EL is depicted in the detailed copy of your credential, you do not need to attach a separate copy} * Three Current Letters of Recommendation (dated within the last 2 years) - MUST INCLUDE SIGNATURES (EITHER HANDWRITTEN OR DIGITAL SIGNATURES) * IF APPLYING AS AN INTERN - Must attach a copy of your official "intern eligibility" letter from your University/Program.
Qualifications: * Ability to work collaboratively with grade level or department team * Strong organizational skills * Ability to work cooperatively with all staff within a professional learning community environment * Extensive knowledge and use of effective classroom management strategies
