Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $138K - $175KOTE: $275K - $350KEquity: Competitive equity packageLocation: In-office in Chelsea, New York (full-time on-site)Hiring: Looking for 1-2 exceptional candidatesNote: Visa sponsorship not availableWhat You'll DoOwn the Complete Sales CycleDrive end-to-end sales from outbound sourcing through negotiation and closeRun technical discovery with engineering teams (SRE, Platform, Infrastructure)Lead technical evaluations, coordinate pilots, and navigate security/compliance reviewsBuild repeatable outbound engines and craft personalized outreach strategiesShape Our Sales FoundationDevelop talk tracks, objection handling frameworks, and ROI narrativesCreate scalable playbooks and operating rhythms for future team growthPartner directly with founders and product teams to influence roadmapRepresent the company with exceptional craft and customer experienceWhat We're Looking ForCore Requirements2-4 years B2B SaaS sales experience with proven deal sourcing and closing track recordExperience selling technical products (dev tools, infrastructure, security, data) to engineering buyersDemonstrated ability to run structured discovery and turn technical pilots into winsStrong outbound pipeline creation skills and comfort with limited inbound volumeHigh ownership mindset and excitement for building processes while sellingExcellent written/verbal communication with both engineers and executivesOperational discipline: forecasting, CRM hygiene, and process-driven approachIdeal Background We'd love to see candidates from companies like DataDog, New Relic, PagerDuty, Splunk, HashiCorp, MongoDB, Snowflake, Elastic, GitLab, JFrog, or similar infrastructure/developer tooling companies.Bonus PointsPrior experience as Solutions Engineer, SRE, or Software EngineerBackground selling observability, monitoring, incident response, or reliability toolsEnterprise deal experience with complex security/compliance requirementsNetwork in the NYC engineering ecosystemComputer Science or technical degreeWhy Join Us?????
