This is your chance to be the FIRST Account Executive at a company with real traction, taking over a proven pipeline from the founder who has been single-handedly exceeding quota. You're not starting from zero – you're stepping into a rocket ship that needs an experienced pilot.
What You'll Do
✅ Take ownership of founder-built pipeline and close enterprise deals with $80K-$120K ACV
✅ Build the sales playbook from scratch – influence how the company sells and structures deals
✅ Prospect for new business while working qualified leads from the SDR team
✅ Translate complex AI technology into compelling business value for non-technical buyers
✅ Grow into sales leadership as the team scales (clear path to management)

What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
- 2-6 years B2B SaaS closing experience selling to enterprise clients
- Top 2 performer on previous sales teams with data to prove it
- $80K-$120K ACV deal experience with 3-12 month sales cycles
- Technical product sales experience (AI, voice, or CCaaS preferred)
- Early-stage startup experience (Seed to Series B) as first AE or early GTM hire
- SF Bay Area based or exceptional remote candidate with direct industry experience
Ideal Background:
- Experience selling to VPs of Call Centers, Customer Operations, or similar roles
- Track record of net-new business generation (not just land-and-expand)
- Comfortable with complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- High-ownership mindset and entrepreneurial drive
