Retention Bonuses: Available at 6, 12, and 24 months (conditions apply)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative II to join a fast-paced Technical Support Center supporting advanced agriculture and precision technology products. This position provides front-line technical assistance to dealers and end users through phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities
Provide front-line customer and technical support for agriculture technology products and software
Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
Accurately document cases in the internal case management system
Troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, web dashboards, mobile apps, GPS receivers, displays, and telematics devices
Create and update online knowledge resources and support tools
Support customer satisfaction and retention through high-quality service
Participate in occasional local travel for facility tours and equipment ride-along (2–3 times per year)

Guidance and GPS systems
Telemetry / telematics devices
Display units, terminals, and precision ag tools
Required Qualifications
Customer service or technical support experience
Strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
High comfort level with computers and software
Solid technical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Experience working with data or data management tools
Ability to work on-site Monday–Friday
High school diploma plus either: a college degree, or a technical certification (IT/database or similar)
Ability to work any assigned shift within the support hours
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with agriculture operations or precision agriculture
Experience in ag equipment, dealership support, or ag-tech environments
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering, IT, Math, or related areas
Schedule & Shifts
Support Center Hours:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST
Rotating 8-Hour Shifts:
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Candidates must be available for any of the above shifts, which rotate as needed.
Training Schedule
Approximately 6 weeks, Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Strict attendance policy—no time off allowed during training
