Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative II to join an Enterprise Contact Center team providing front-line phone support to customers. This is a contingent/contract role with no expectation of full-time conversion, though employees may apply for internal full-time roles as they become available.
Schedule
Support hours: Monday–Friday, 7am–6pm CST and Saturday, 8am–12pm CST
Must be available for any 8-hour shift within the weekday support window
Occasional overtime and holiday coverage may be required
Onsite only
Training:
Approximately 6 weeks
8:00am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday
Includes 2 weeks classroom training 2–4 weeks on-the-job mentoring
Full productivity expected by 3–4 months
Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 phone support for customer inquiries, issues, and product-related questions
Deliver accurate product information including availability, compatibility, and general usage
Assist with warranty registration, extended warranty inquiries, and out-of-warranty support
Troubleshoot basic product issues for agricultural, turf, and utility equipment
Perform parts and publications lookups
Educate customers on loyalty and rewards programs
Document each interaction clearly and professionally
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and handle conflict in a professional manner
Must-Have Qualifications
6 months of customer service or customer support experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Skills in interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common consumer software
Strong computer navigation, research, and troubleshooting ability
Ability to work onsite and support required hours
Ability to complete full training program
Must be eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of agriculture, turf (mowers), or utility vehicles
Experience in agriculture or technology dealer channels
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Communications, Engineering, IT, or a related field
Salary : $15 - $18
