Engineering Technician II – Product Engineering Support
Location: Fargo, ND 58102, USA
Duration: 24-month contract
We are seeking a skilled Engineering Technician II to join our Product Engineering team in Fargo, North Dakota. This hands-on role focuses on instrumented testing, product validation, and verification to ensure our equipment meets performance and reliability specifications.
Skills, Abilities, Knowledge
- Familiarity with one or more systems: mechanical, hydraulic, electrical
- Skilled in using company information systems and processes
- Knowledge of engineering principles, theory, practice, and product knowledge
- Understanding of Product Verification & Validation processes and execution methodologies
- Fundamental understanding of machine forms relevant to the role and company division/unit
- Familiarity with competitor machines
- Knowledge of EPDP, ETDP, and/or ECAP processes
Education
- Degree in Engineering/Technology, Science, or Agricultural Sciences (or equivalent experience)
- Technical degree or apprenticeship (1–2 years or equivalent)
Work Experience
- 1–3 years in engineering, product design, product testing, and analysis
- Experience with engineering tools, systems, and databases
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple medium-scale projects simultaneously
