Job Title: Floor Assembly Operator - Semi-products 1
Shift: 6:30am-5pm-10hrs/day (Mon - Thu, some Fridays maybe required)
Contract: 10 months Contract with a possibility of extension
Location: Rockford TN 37853
Pay Range: $18/hr - $19/hr W2
Job Description:
Specific Requirements: Shift for this role is 6:30am-5pm.
Mon - Thu, some Fridays maybe required.
Responsibilities
- Performs semi-complex work within area of specialization.
- Applies documented rules, past practices, or instruction on a semi-independent level
- Assists in resolving routine manufacturing related problems affecting daily operations.
- Effectively identifies problems as they occur and takes
appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is not difficult or complex.
- Advanced skills: soldering, testing, rework

Education:
HS diploma or equivalent required. Specialized skill training/certification may be required.
Knowledge and Experience:
· Demonstrates basic knowledge of a specialty area.
· 3-5 years of successful experience in area of responsibility and successful
· demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
