What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar?

Looking for experienced grill, sauté, fry, and pantry station cooks, to contribute to the overall excellence of our restaurant for lunch, dinner and brunch service.

Cuba Libre recognizes the importance of music and rhythm in Cuban culture, transforming after dinner on weekends into a late-night Latin hot spot featuring DJs spinning a mix of Latin music, with live performers and dancing.
