What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host- Server Assistant - Food Runner position at Cuba Cuba Castle Rock?
We are hiring a candidate that can do it all!
**NO experience is necessary, however a passion for service is encouraged. Outgoing personality types tend to do best in these positions.**
HOST RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet Guests
- Prepare restaurant for opening and closing
- answer phones
- Seat Guests, work with programming to efficiently utilize dining room to maximize business and guest happiness.
- Assist servers bartenders
- help control flow of the restaurant
- can work in a FAST PACED/HIGH VOLUME work environment
FOOD RUNNER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be familiar with floor plan and seating layout
- Run food to correct seats without error
- Carry 3-4 plates
- Carry tray full of food/drink
- Interact with guests to improve guest experience
- Assist servers, bartenders, server assistants
- Bag to go foods accurately
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of food, food making process and general business details
- can work in a FAST PACED/HIGH VOLUME work environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
