Some job assignments at CU*Answers are primarily conducted within the office building(s) while others have moderate to extensive travel responsibilities as described in the Job Functions and/or Job Qualifications section(s) above. This role supports compliance and financial oversight by completing scheduled reviews, identifying unusual activity, and communicating findings to credit union leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Review daily reports and recommend when suspicious activity should be escalated
- Monitor dormant account activity, file maintenance logs, and transaction reversals
- Review wire transfer logs for abnormal activity and confirm required details are maintained
- Review employee account activity and report concerns weekly
- Review weekly reports and investigate any hits
- High School Diploma/GED
- Strong attention to detail, research ability, and sound judgment
- Professional written/verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Financial institution experience preferred
