Elevated Core Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with genuine warmth, and creating a fun & inviting tone for the experience.
- Collaborate seamlessly with your server team to anticipate and meet all guest needs.
- Maintain tables through elegant pre-bussing, resetting, and table marking procedures.
- Assist in food & drink running.
- Perform regular table check-ins, ensuring satisfaction and proactively resolving any concerns.
- Prepare service stations and reset dining areas for future shifts and larger reservations.
- Support host team with call-ahead seating, phone orders, and guest greetings when needed.
- Show adaptability and grace under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Consistently embody CTZN’s spirit of service and high design by aiming to exceed guest expectations.

Necessary:

- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and navigate tight spaces during service
Education & Certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior restaurant experience preferred, but not required—we value mindset and presence over resume
- RBS Certification (within 30 days)
- Food Handler’s Card required per California regulations (we’ll guide you through it if needed)
