- Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, loaders, graders, and skid steers.
- Perform excavation, grading, trenching, backfilling, and material placement.
- Read and follow grade stakes, cut/fill sheets, and site plans.
- Work closely with foremen, grade checkers, and laborers to maintain production flow.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report issues promptly.
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company safety protocols.
- Support general site tasks as needed.
