What You Will Do:
- Engage actively in strategic cold calling to promote CTR's outstanding staffing services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Strive to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Work closely with our sales team to develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and appointments in our CRM system.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for expansion.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Candidates with 2-3 years of inside sales experience in a B2C or B2B sales environment.
