CTR Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer - Production Support in the Providence, RI area to work in a manufacturing plant environment. Local candidates preferred.
A 2nd Shift Position: M-F 2pm-10:30pm
SALARY RANGE: $80K - $85K gross supplements (10% standard / 20% overnight)

SUMMARY:
Industrial maintenance role on automated welding machines. Troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems production support to ensure machine performance.
Industry, heavy machinery, automation. Technical assistance, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
What you develop:
Providing production support to our client on Company-designed and manufactured welding machines. This includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing specialized mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and welding systems/components. It also involves following up with production associates to ensure the full efficiency of the machines.
What you bring:
- 2–5 yrs maintenance (industrial / machinery)
- Experience reading schematics & blueprints.
- Experience with industrial maintenance on automated welding machines, large, heavy equipment.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulics.
- Strong electrical fundamentals
- Must be hands-on, autonomous, reactive.
- Good communication (production environment)
Nice to have: hydraulics (high pressure systems), welding knowledge.
