We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator in our Corporate Office in Maryland Heights, MO, whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission “to provide a fantastic customer experience”. Our marketing team is filled with talented individuals who are are sharp, organized, and friendly professionals that work with our sales, technical, and operations staff to help CTI meet our goal of providing a fantastic customer experience. We are looking for somebody dependable, personable, and enthusiastic who embraces any challenges that come his or her way. Responsibilities

These responsibilities will give you an idea, but not a full picture of what you will do as a Marketing Coordinator as we work to embrace and capitalize on our employee’s strengths:

• Coordinate internal and external deliverables, enforces timelines and follow-ups, and helps ensure campaigns and content launch on schedule.
• Coordinate internal marketing deliverables and deadlines
• Manage external partner/vendor deliverables, timelines, and approvals
• Build meeting agendas, take notes, track action items, and drive follow-ups
• Maintain the master project tracker and provide quick status updates
• Coordinate video deliverables: inputs, scheduling, review rounds, final handoff

Experience

• Minimum high school degree required
• Prefer at least 1-2 years in a corporate marketing role
• Customer service experience.
