As Capture Manager, you will own the full lifecycle of major federal capture opportunities – from opportunity identification through proposal handoff. You will lead pre-RFP positioning, shape opportunities, drive solution development in coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and develop and execute capture strategies that maximize win probability.
- Lead capture efforts for priority federal opportunities
- Drive capture strategy and planning, including competitor analysis, win theme development, teaming strategy, and pricing strategy input
- Build and manage relationships with government stakeholders, primes, subs, and partners to influence RFPs and enhance positioning
- Facilitate solutioning sessions with technical teams and key partners to define compelling, tailored offerings
- Work closely with BD, Proposal, Contracts, and Program teams to ensure alignment and readiness across all phases
- Conduct Black Hat reviews, Color Team reviews, and gate reviews, ensuring disciplined capture management processes
- Develop and maintain capture plans and decision gate documentation for executive review
- Monitor procurement schedules and keep teams informed of changes or risks
- Support proposal development with input to technical and management volumes, past performance selection, staffing plans, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of experience in federal business development and/or capture management
- Demonstrated success leading and winning competitive federal contracts (civilian and/or DoD)
- Deep knowledge of federal procurement processes and acquisition strategies
- Experience with GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, and full-and-open competitions
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills
- Ability to drive strategy while managing tactical details and timelines
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or APMP certification a plus

- Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident with a valid work permit
