Manufacturing/Production Positions at $17.00/Hr. Located in New Paris, IN

CTI Personnel is recruiting for dependable, detailed-oriented associates for VARIOUS production positions located at our customer in New Paris, Indiana. These are hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and making sure everything is accurate. The ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. These are 1st shift positions working Monday through Friday 4:50am-1:00pm with overtime available. Pay rate starts at $17.00/hr AND there is opportunity to move to other positions with an increase in pay and to become a permanent employee at our customer.

Positions Available:

The positions that are available are listed below:

• 1Roller
• 2. Sander/Final
• 3. Resin Transfer Molding
• 4. Assembler
• 5. Mold Repair
• 6. Road Repair Tech
• 7. Tape/Paper
• 8. Final Finish

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete onsite repairs of fiberglass parts consisting of body work, gel coat, spraying, paint spraying and fiberglass repair.
• Maintaining accurate repair logs
• Use of spray gun, DA sander, and buffer
• Roll out wet laminate into the mold surface
• Operating an injection gun to apply resin and glass to the mold
• Inspect parts for quality and correctness
• Ensure that the material forms into the shape of the mold
• Eliminate all air voids during roll out process
• Push molds in and out of the chop booth
• Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
• Work cooperatively with production team to meet quotas and goals
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Observe all safety guidelines
• Follow all written and verbal instructions
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
• Able to work overtime, including weekends
• Assist others in inspecting and moving parts

Required Competencies

• Ability to work as part of a team to meet company goals
• Ability to read and process written instructions, measurements, and directions
• Must be able to remain stationary 100% of the time
• Frequently lifts fiberglass parts weighing up to 50 lbs, must be able to transport these parts up to 40 feet

Working Conditions

• These positions are exposed to extreme indoor temperatures, fumes, dust and loud noise
