Laborer Positions Located in Goshen, Indiana

CTI Personnel is recruiting for dependable, detailed-oriented laborer associates to join our customers’ team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and making sure everything is accurate. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. These are 1st and 2nd shifts positions working Monday through Friday with overtime available. Pay rate starts at $17.00/hr depending on the job position and there is opportunity to become a permanent employee at our customer.

Role Overview:

These positions assist in the flow of production within our customer’s manufacturing facility. It involves moving raw and completed parts, ensuring correct specifications, and supporting repair work as needed. The role is part of a team environment with no supervisory responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

· Work with minimum supervision and meet production deadlines

· Operate tools such as screw, rivet guns, and impact tools

· Physical capability to lift and maneuver items over 50 lbs

· Ability to adapt to changes

Required Competencies

• Ability to work as part of a team to meet company goals
• Ability to read and process written instructions, measurements, and directions
