The Tub Wash Operator is responsible for keeping all tubs clean/sanitized and ready for use in various production areas.

Job Overview
The Tub Wash Operator is responsible for keeping all tubs clean/sanitized and ready for use in various production areas.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all tubs for use in production.
- Mix chemicals for use in cleaning equipment, following appropriate handling procedures for hazardous chemicals
- Assist Maintenance in completing routine Pic/Pec activities
- Unclogging drains as needed
- Cleaning hoses and nozzles
- Removing equipment covers for sanitation
- Repairing rack wheels as needed
- Follow all food safety (GMP) and general safety guidelines (LOTO & Haz-COM)
- Keep work area clean and free of clutter and debris
- Operate regular hoses (120 PSIs) and high-pressured hoses (2,000 PSIs)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts occasionally
- Complete hazardous chemical training (Haz-Com)
- Follow lock out procedures
