Inside Sales Representative / Customer Service
We are currently hiring an Inside Sales Representative professional with a focus on taking customer orders on incoming calls and emails from clients and creating quotes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Quoting and processing of orders from incoming calls
- Data entry
- Monitoring order progress
- Material purchasing for order fulfillment and stock
- Providing excellent customer service
Job Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel
- Excellent math skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Solid organization skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to manage fast-paced work environment
- Proven experience
Monday - Friday - 8am-5:00pm with a 1 hour lunch
