This position as an RF Engineer will require the use of your comprehensive knowledge of GSM, LTE, CDMA 1x, EVDO and microwave to contribute to network design. In this role you will be required to build automated test capabilities for the designated program according to customer specs. You will need to be able to design, develop, test and implement these testing capabilities.

- 1st Shift: 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday-Friday
- Develop automated test capabilities
- Analyze technical requirements and effort associated with test systems and products
- Build, test, debug and develop C#, Java or LINUX applications
- Devise test plans, equipment calibration and setup, RF signal measurement and data analysis
- Generate engineering documents, including schematics, diagnostics, flowcharts, and project status reports
- Knowledgeable in production control processes and data interpretation in GR&R, Cpk as well as correlation analysis
- Knowledge of RF theory and practice, as well as LTE/VoLTE technology
- Clear, discriminatory approach to solving engineering problems
- Understanding of analog, digital and microprocessor circuits
- Understanding of audio, video and RF circuits is a plus
- Working knowledge of C#, Java or LINUX
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to interact professionally with the customer in written and verbal communications
- Four or more years of relevant work experience
- Experience in RF design and optimization
- 5 years’ experience in Test Engineering or RF Engineering
- Experience with statistical tools
- Experience in design & optimization of LTE/VoLTE networks
- Expert knowledge of propagation modeling software such as Planet EV or Atoll
- Understanding of KPIs and key parameters
- Experience with Model Tuning
- Knowledge of various RF tools such as Map info or post processing software
- Knowledge of SQL scripting or VB Scripting
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including VB macro creation and worksheet manipulation
- Five or more years of experience in the cellular or telecommunications industry with direct experience in RF Design & Optimization
- Knowledge of 5G technology
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
