The exact days in the office can vary. There will be moments that we request weekend support from this individual, we will work to stay within their weekly hours.Event Execution SupportCoordinate logistical details for NA events (shipping, freight, tracking, timelines, run-of-show updates).Manage vendor communication for installs, tear-downs, printing, and on-site needs.Own asset ordering, inventory tracking, replenishment, and post-event returns.Build and maintain event checklists, packing lists, and production trackers. Support athlete travel logistics (flights, hotels, per diem coordination) when required.Handle credential requests, approval forms, insurance certs, and compliance submissions.Manage on-site support tasks: setup, breakdown, booth upkeep, product display refresh, badge pickup, etc.Process all invoices, POs, coding, and budget tracking for events.Administrative and Operational BackboneEvent calendars, timelines, and deliverables organized and up to date.Manage cross-functional updates: event status, shipping statuses, asset delivery confirmations.Maintain tracking docs for events, seeding, print, and account needs. QA all deliverables before routing to partners.Own recurring weekly housekeeping tasks your team doesn’t have time to think about.Event Marketing SupportExecute asset delivery: cropping, resizing, uploading, and distribution to retail partners.Maintain the asset hub and link library so partners always have accurate, current materials.Track partner requests and status updates, escalating only when needed.Support production of in-store print materials (quotes, print orders, specs, approvals).Update sell-in support decks, one-pagers, and product sheets with new product or imagery.Pull basic reports (sell-through snapshots, placement logs, activation recaps).Coordinate retail window installs, refreshes, and in-store event support with vendors and stores.Qualifications:Proven experience supporting events or marketing operations in a fast-paced environment.Strong project management fundamentals: timelines, logistics, vendors, tracking documents.High reliability and accountability — delivers on deadlines without hand-holding.Clear communication skills with ability to manage multiple partners and vendors.Proficiency with basic tools: Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, shipping platforms, asset management.Comfortable on-site at events: problem-solving, quick decision-making, polished in front of partners.Eye for detail and quality control on assets, print materials, and displays.Experience with creative routing, production timelines, and light design adjustments (cropping/resizing).Ability to anticipate needs and self-prioritize, knows how to stay ahead of the team.Required Levels/Years of Experience & Education: 2 Years Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pmCompany DescriptionAbout company - Since its founded in 1996, CTC has grown into a trusted global partner in AI & ML, Enterprise Applications, Digital Services, Managed Services, and Business Services.
