This position is full-time at a client site and supports all aspects of the customer’s deployment of LMS. In this role, you will interface with the customer, customer stakeholders, your fellow on-site team, and the clients support and product organization to ensure the program is delivering continuous value to meet the customer’s mission. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Coordinate work Meridian’s team in an agile/SCRUM framework for sprint cyclesCoordinate major releases and patches in the customer’s environmentSupport customer test plan development, where applicable Work with the internal teams, customers and partners to develop repeatable, streamlined processes and solutions using Meridian’s offerings to accomplish the customer base LMS objectives Confront internal issues openly and quickly Participate/support requirement gathering efforts, as it relates to the roleDeliver reports to the customer for presentation to leadershipDevelop processes to improve the program quality and reliabilityManage monthly Program Management Meetings as it pertains to the learning program Qualifications: US Citizenship Required with TS/SCI w/FS Poly (TS/SCI ISSA) Experience managing software-based enterprise programs in operations Excellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to work closely with internal Stakeholders Self-starter with a proven track record of success.
