We’re looking for a hands-on Project Engineer
This is a 24-month onsite contract opportunity — perfect for someone who loves seeing their projects come to life on the production floor.

🧰 What You’ll Do
- Support machine specification, procurement, validation, and installation for new battery production lines
- Participate in equipment trials to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
- Work alongside engineers, safety, QC, and production teams to get new systems up and running
- Review and modify 2D drawings (AutoCAD)
- Take part in cross-functional working groups to keep projects moving smoothly
- Occasionally travel (up to 25%) to Japan and vendor sites — mainly for equipment checks (no hands-on labor!)
đź§ What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or 10 years of equivalent technical experience
- Strong background in project management and manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge of electrical controls and the ability to read/modify technical drawings
- Experience running capital projects — from planning to production
- Familiarity with process creation and implementation in a manufacturing setting
- Flexibility to work during weekends or shutdown periods (July & December) when needed

- Travel: Up to 25% (domestic/international) — typically after 6 months
