Job Summary (Pharmacy Technician II)
- Accurately enters and processes prescription orders.
- Calculates dosing, assigns directions, and interprets prescription documentation.
- Verifies insurance benefits, contacts payers for coverage clarification, and assists with patient financial support programs.
- Provides customer service, including patient and provider outreach to resolve prescription issues.
- Assists walk-in patients, fills, packages, and ships medication orders.
- Supports inventory management and operates cash register as needed.
- Distributes medications to patients and conducts refill reminder/adherence calls.
- Utilizes strong knowledge of pharmacy workflows and effective communication skills.
- Requires a high school diploma or GED.
- Fully onsite position with free parking, Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM (no nights/weekends), at 7205 Corporate Center Drive Suite 104, Miami, FL 33126.
