Job Summary
The Senior Specialist, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) reports to the Director of User Experience and is responsible for improving e-commerce performance through experimentation, analytics, and user behavior research. This role owns A/B testing initiatives, analyzes performance metrics, and delivers insights that improve conversion, engagement, and revenue across the customer journey.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests across key e-commerce funnels, including homepage, PLP, PDP, and checkout.
- Develop and maintain a CRO roadmap based on data, business impact, and testing opportunities.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, experimentation platforms (e.g., Insider), heatmaps, and session replays to analyze site performance and user behavior.
- Define test hypotheses, success metrics, and ensure statistical validity of results.
- Measure and report the impact of experiments and UX changes, providing clear recommendations to stakeholders.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative user research to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with UX, Product, Marketing, SEO, and Engineering teams to implement and evaluate optimization efforts.

Specific Skills Needed
- Strong experience in CRO and A/B testing: ability to design, execute, and analyze experiments across e-commerce funnels (homepage, PLP, PDP, checkout).
- Advanced analytical skills: hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), experimentation platforms, and behavioral analytics tools (heatmaps, session replays).
- Statistical rigor in testing: ability to define hypotheses, KPIs, and ensure statistical significance and validity of results.
- Proven experience with high-traffic e-commerce websites: demonstrated impact on conversion rate, engagement, and revenue.
- Data-driven and strategic mindset: ability to build and prioritize a CRO roadmap based on business impact.
Salary : $60 - $70
