About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Supply Chain Leader to take full ownership of our end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and packaging. This is a high-impact role, responsible for driving strategic initiatives that ensure efficiency, cost optimization, and global operational excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can navigate international sourcing, and has a proven track record of building scalable supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the end-to-end supply chain strategy, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and packaging.
- Lead global supplier relationships, with a focus on strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and production oversight, including suppliers in China and other key markets.
- Evaluate and implement diverse shipping strategies, including ocean, air, and expedited freight, balancing speed, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Oversee packaging strategy to ensure product safety, compliance, and cost-effective shipping solutions.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and operations to forecast demand, optimize inventory, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor supply chain performance using KPIs, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and mitigate risks across all operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team, establishing best practices and scalable processes.
- Drive cost savings and operational efficiencies across procurement, logistics, and packaging.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, safety standards, and retailer-specific requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
- 10 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, including global sourcing, procurement, logistics, and packaging.
- Proven experience managing international suppliers, especially in China, and coordinating complex global shipments.
- Deep understanding of packaging solutions, shipping methods, and international logistics.
- Strong strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and building scalable supply chain operations.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, supply chain management software, and inventory optimization tools.
